Drag sievs are cut in the form of small slats by a plasma cutting machine (preferably in the factory) from sheet metal. They are welded on yhe ground according to the size of the gateway unit. Drag sievs are installed in the gateways to fix the rubber mats and control pulp flow.

High ribs of stair sievs used in the project of JSC «Gold Mine Technologies» create the most favorable condition of gateway operation, forming turbulent swirls in the flow, which contribute to the concentration of precious metal particles in the drag carpet cells.
