We are finishing making washout receivers, washing set and cavitators, which are parts of the irrigation system. The whole system is assembled from rolled pipe, flange connections, nozzles, repair connections (ruffs) and valves (cranes) on site.

The irrigation system with the ability to adjust the working pressure of water for the full disintegration of the sands supplied for washing is installed on the washing stand of the inertial screen.

Cavitators in our washing complex will be equipped with a system of locks, which will ensure regular pulp distribution to gateways and additional sand washing.
