Installation of the gateway unit is the next work stage in the Amur region. The unit is manufactured in the factory in the form of parts, which are «blocks» of different thickness sheet metal (depending on the purpose of the part) according to special drawings. This unit was delivered to the site in disassembled form and is assembled by electricans and gas welders.

The construction of the gateway unit includes gateways of pulp output (deep content), which are set up after the screen, and flow dividers «pants».

The gateway of pulp output is made from 3 to 9 meters long depending on requirements of customers and methods of the problem solution. In our layout, the gateway plays the role of a nugget catcher.

«Pants» dividers provide division of pulp flow of the one gateway into two parts for submission to the jig machine MOD-2, thereby decreasing the load on the gateway part and the block of jig machines.
