During the first ten days of November the Management of “Gold Mine Technology” has visited deposit of alluvial gold at Talochi river, being developed by “Shelkoviy Put” at the Zabaikalye territory.
The purpose of the visit was collection of information regarding practical utilization of PSK-52 complex at the base of GIT-52 screen, delivered by our company to the site of “Shelkoviy Put” LLC in summer, 2018, as well as interviewing of the partner concerning interaction with “Gold Mine Technology” specialists.
The total picture of common analysis of practical utilization has included all the possible factors: from the delivery of accessories to the process of erection, commissioning and achievement of set productivity targets. Taking into account of wishes and remarks of the customer in terms of delivered equipment operation is necessary for the further perfection of washing equipment, and feedback regarding work of our employees – for the improvement of mastership within our team.
The commissioning of this complex took part in October, 2018. There was full scale industrial test carries out by means of washing of bulk sample. As a result of washing there were 2 kilograms of chemically pure metal obtained.
Results of the complex adjustment and its preparation for the 2019 season were reported to us by the top manager, Executive Director of “Shelkoviy Put” LLC Mr. Sergey Anatolievich Zrazhevskiy: “I was pleasantly surprised by results of metal extraction. The line of jigging machines is catching even the finest hardly visible “dust”.
Sergey Anatolievich mentioned that during the comparison with geological survey results they received “over-return”. Specialists of “Shelkoviy Put” LLC have consciously carried out this work on the eve of season closing with the purpose of being sure that company will start the season of 2019 easy and steadily.
S.A. Zrazhevskiy: “Now I can slow down. The deposit is complicated because of presence of clay content in the sand, but the process of disintegration at PSK-52 is adjusted quite well. Washing out is performed with very good quality, all the pebbles are pure. There are no remarks concerning productivity as well. I am also satisfied by our interaction with “Gold Mine Technology” JSC. These persons not just sold us the device – they personally arrived to me twice to make sure that everything is working well, as well as they supervised the commissioning stage.
