Description
Dredging mats are solid rubber fabric made of rubber, with cells on the outer surface of the particles in which the particles of alluvial gold, platinum sands, diamonds and other high density materials are deposited. Designed for staffing the drag gateways and industrial enrichment plants.
Dredging mats are produced in 2 types – with direct and oblique cells:

Technology and the use of dredging mats vary depending on the granulometric sand composition, sieving characteristics of gold, soil clayiness, presence of gold-quartz aggregates, gateway design.
As a result of many years of operation we can talk about increasing the yield of the dispersion of fine and thin gold, increased capture of gold, with a median size of less than 0.5 mm (median particle size - is the size of the sieve through which 50% of the gold weight is screened) using mats with sloping mesh that allows to process sand in the most efficient way, compared to dredging mats having direct meshes. Also, there is the effect of self-cleaning of carpets with an oblique cell.
