Description

Gateway-attachment consists of an inclined (at an angle of 25-300) slotted screen with the gap of mounted 3-4 mm, mounted on the sink of dredging waste and fixed on the hopper for collection weed out material. The hopper is inclined at an angle of 15-200 with a bottom outlet opening in the form of a slit nozzle on the side wall in the direction perpendicular to the gateway. The continuation of the nozzle is a tapered spout with a smooth flat bottom length of at least 3 m, mounted perpendicularly to the hopper at an angle of 15-200 to the horizon.

The narrow end of the trough is equipped with the output device for the enrichment of the bottom portion of the thickened pulp. The device is designed as a rectangular tube, inside which cutoff knife is mounted with the possibility to move vertically for controlled value. At the bottom of the tube after the shut-off cutter ball valve is mounted, coupled with a flexible rubber hose for feeding the thickened sludge on jigs.
